While in Sydney, I tried the famous pasta in a cheese wheel from Buffalo Dining Club. It was an interesting experience... the waiter came up and swirled the steaming hot pasta in the cheese wheel to get some of the cheese flavors seeped into the pasta. I expected the cheese wheel to be left at the table, but it was regularly reused, which I suspect greatly reduced the amount of flavor that comes out. It seemed more for show than anything else, and it was a sight to behold. The pasta was great, buttery and lightly cheesy, and lightly spiced with pepper and herbs. I recommend this dish to anyone who loves pasta and enjoys dinner and a show.
